Top 10 Evil Rulers In History

    By: Unknown On: 15:03

  • Today we come with a top 10 list of history’s most evil rulers. At highest level, who’s the cruelest ruler ever in history? A king like Napoleon who led thousands to their deaths? The President like Bush who used his wealth for political gain and creating violence? A despot like Idi Amin who overthrew the ruler ship and placed himself in power ruling with an iron fist? Or the 20th Century war-mongers like Hitler or Stalin?
When it comes to becoming a ruler, not everyone can handle that job. Some pass the test of time while others prove to be the worst rulers as the generations ahead would remember them. It is interesting to know what makes a ruler one of the worse in history. For this, the article will focus on the ten most evil rulers of all time.

Sindh Youth Festival muhan Jo Daro

  • MOEN JO DARO: Hunderds of people arrived at the ancient ruined city of Moen Jo Daro Saturday to attend an inaugural festival aimed at commemorating Pakistan’s cultural heritage, though some were left wondering about the glaring absence of rich Sindhi culture in the lavish opening ceremony.
Spearheaded by Pakistan Peoples Party patron in chief Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, the two-week festival is part of a campaign that claims to conserve the heritage of his home province of Sindh.
However, the opening ceremony was dominated with fashion shows, and music that was a far cry from that of traditional Sindh. Pop singer Ainee Khalid sang a rendition of popular Sindhi folk song about Lal Shabaz Qalander, a song made popular by veteran sufi singer Abida Parveen.
Sufi-folk singer Sain Zahoor, who hails from Multan, sang a popular sufi number, but the track was accompanied by a modern hip hop electronic remix score and contemporary dances.
But experts warned the festival could put Moenjo Daro, a UNESCO World Heritage site built around 2,600 BC, in danger.
Large wooden and steel scaffolding has been erected over and around the ruin, which UNESCO describes as “the most ancient and best-preserved ruin on the Indian subcontinent”, while heavy spotlights and lasers have been installed for a light show.
The site has been transformed into a high security facility, with hundreds of police commandos surrounding the ruins. Some even stood atop the stupa, a Buddhist shrine, as workers hammered nails into a stage, an AFP reporter at the site said.
“We have done all the work very much to international conservation standards,” claimed Saqib Soomro, a top official at the culture department.
Zardari, clad in a black jacket over an off-white traditional shalwar qameez, arrived Saturday in a caravan of four vehicles.
A number of foreign visitors, some wearing traditional Sindhi Ajrak outfits, were also among the approximately 1,000 guests waiting for the grand gala to begin. Some of these had been specially flown to Moenjo Daro.
Performers queued up to pass through security gates, with an equally large number of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) top leaders also waiting for entry.
The ruins, discovered in 1922 by British archaeologist Sir John Marshall, are 425 kilometres (265 miles) north of the port city of Karachi and are one of the largest settlements of the Indus Valley Civilisation.
They are one of Pakistan’s six UNESCO World Heritage sites that are deemed places of special cultural significance.
But many of the country’s historical sites are endangered by vandalism and urban encroachment, as well as a booming trade in illegally excavated treasures.

  • Famous Sindhi Journlist Wrote Open Latter To ISI Cheif.

Have you already accepted them as the residents of Sindhu desh? and accepted them as your enemies like India or any other country? thats why you arrest them illegally
I don’t know what is the Ideology of Pakistan in front of your Team, but through history your
ISI Chief Lieutenant General Rizwan Akhtar
ISI Chief Lieutenant General Rizwan Akhtar
organization has always been a defamer to the Country. In the name of saving Pakistan your Guys are pushing it towards disintegration, Fall down and Disrespect. your organization’s Main role is to save the people of Pakistan from any kind of danger or Attacks from the enemies but despite of doing that your guys are making Pakistanis your enemy. If we look back to history from Bengal to Baluchistan and Now to Sindh majority has started hating your organization and if someone like me tells you the truth is considered an enemy even worst then India.
It really brings many questions in my mind that why your agency came under allegation of abducting youngster Asif Pnahwar who was a final year IT student of Sindh university? I tweeted ISPR about the kidnapping and allegations on ISI but no one refused the allegations that time. can you please tell us, was he making bombs like Taliban or other terrorist groups? Was he involved in any heinous crime? was his name ever in any police records? If a teenager is that much threat to our country than imagine after murdering one teenager and throwing his body after a brutal torture will motivate how many more to hate you and stand against you?
If ISI or any intelligence agency is not behind the murder of Asif Panhwar then i am again bringing into your attention about the kidnapping of Sindh Human Rights activist Amar Fayaz and again in his abduction people are pointing finger towards yo.
    Martyr Asif Panhwar
    Martyr Asif Panhwar
you have arrested many brutal terrorists of different extremist groups and brought them to courts then why Sindhis who you allegedly think are terrorists can not be brought to courts? or you have already accepted them as the residents of Sindhu desh and accepted them as your enemies like India or any other country thats why you arrest them illegally, keep them in detention illegally and then kill them above the law? because in recent history we saw even Indian spy’s were released from jails but when it comes to Sindhis their souls get released from their bodies only.
I might be wrong about ISI kidnapping Sindhi youth but if youngsters are kidnapped then is it not your organizations job to find them? This is where the big Question arises that is your organization so incompetent to find the missing citizens of Pakistan or you are really tired of defending the country so you are making more enemies of country by killing them for no reasons.
I am sorry to say as a Sindhi I am already mourning the deaths of many youngsters allegedly killed by ISI but please instead of making things worst try to answer the families of murdered youngsters. Never think you and your organization is above the law. if you can not be asked here then definitely you will asked by Allah who in Quran says” Killing one innocent human is equal to murdering the whole Humanity. we are still soft on Pak army and atrocities of your officials and we still want you to find a proper and constitutional way to bring anybody to justice who you think is anti Pakistan. If you will keep rewarding people with dead bodies than don’t forget what India did to us in 1971.
I hope you will find this letter in the best Interest of Pakistan and Pakistan Army. I know it is
    Abducted Amar Fayaz
    Abducted Amar Fayaz
very easy to blame any civilian for treason but kindly look into your own caller that who is a traitor on the name of Pakistan’s interest? Sindh and Sindhi are not a piece of Cake which officials of ISI will keep on eating like this. so it is humble request change your policy towards Sindh and make it clear that ISI is not involved in such activities. If you fail to do so then i fear that this fire will ultimately burn Pakistan.

Indian Boy Killed By Tiger In Zoo

  • NEW DELHI – A white tiger killed a young man who climbed over a fence at the New Delhi zoo and jumped into the animal's enclosure Tuesday, a spokesman said.

Despite repeated warnings that he shouldn't get too close to the outdoor enclosure, the man eventually climbed over a knee-high fence, through some small hedges, then jumped down 18 feet into a protective moat, said National Zoological Park spokesman Riyaz Ahmed Khan.

The male tiger, which lives on a grassy tree-filled island, grabbed the man from the moat. Footage broadcast on NDTV showed the tiger carrying the man around the island.

Authorities eventually frightened the tiger into a small cage inside the enclosure. The man, whose body remained in the outdoor enclosure two hours after the attack, was dead by the time help reached him, Khan said.

"The tiger was just being a tiger," said Belinda Wright, who has spent years working to protect India's dwindling numbers of wild tigers. "An unusual object fell into his domain. ... He's a wild animal in captivity. It is certainly not the tiger's fault."

It's not unusual for visitors to a zoo in India to taunt animals or toss bits of food through cages even though zoo rules forbid it. Groups of visitors may sometimes throw used plastic water bottles or stones into animal enclosures to get the animal to react.

Deputy Commissioner of Police M.S. Randhawa identified the man only as Maqsood and said he was thought to be about 20 years old.

Further details about him and the tiger were not immediately available.

The zoo remained open Tuesday afternoon, though authorities eventually roped off the tiger enclosure.
